The needs of users (WP2)

WP2 is designed to obtain information from potential users and their needs on the basis of a direct enquiry to a number of companies that represent different application areas. The objective is to establish the current situation of the end-users regarding the performance of existing in vitro approaches in their industrial process.

 

In summary the following issues will be included in WP2:

- Preparation of a questionnaire that will be send out to companies, organizations, associations etc. asking for their current use of in vitro testing, the limitations they observe in their process and coming need for in vitro toxicity tests

- Analysis of the tendencies: current limitations, current valid approaches, capacity to make decisions in the individual industrial process, future needs, and whenever possible, their thought regarding priorities on the problems which need to be solved
